What this site keeps, and what it never asks.
A short notice for a sample site. A real land trust’s notice is written from its own facts; this one describes what the sample does.
The forms
On this sample site the forms send nothing: no name, email or message leaves your browser.
On a real site, the work-day form would go to the community programs coordinator, the call-back form to the land protection manager, and the contact form to the office. Each is kept only as long as the reason you wrote.
What we never ask
No form asks for a date of birth, a parcel number, the size or value of your land, or anything about a tax deduction.
The website itself
No advertising and no tracking pixels. The host keeps ordinary server logs for security. Membership payments on a real site happen on the trust’s donor tool, under that tool’s own notice.
